FIRST FLOOR
The double-height first floor provides space for living labs, industrial labs and test facilities. In addition, the logistics loading, unloading and storage area is located here, which is essential for the proper functioning of a laboratory and office building.
SECOND FLOOR
Offices for the research groups of the VUB and the UZB.
The central lobby with its beautiful atrium is located on the second floor and also has a large roof terrace with a 360° view.. This meeting space with conference rooms, coworking spaces and food corners is the beating heart of the building and brings the community to life.
THIRD to SIXTH FLOOR
On the third to sixth floor there are 100% adaptable laboratory and office spaces where different functions, constellations and surface areas are possible.
Underground parking is available for 269 cars and 105 bicycles.
